If you purchased tickets directly from Canada Soccer’s Shopify storefront, your tickets will be delivered one week prior to the match date.

You can now download the official “FWC2026 Mobile Tickets” App from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Upcoming Matchdays

If your inquiry relates to an upcoming Canada Soccer match taking place within the next 48 hours, please include your order number and “URGENT MATCHDAY ISSUE” in the subject line of your email.

On Match Day, if you have a ticket inquiry that needs resolution, please visit:

• Toronto Stadium Ticket Office: one located at corner of Manitoba Dr and Princes’ Blvd AND one located on Nunavut Rd between Entrance D and E
• BC Place Vancouver Ticket Office: one located on Beatty St between Gate A and B AND one located next to Entrance 5 on Pacific Blvd
• Stadium Ticket offices open 4 hours before kick off on Match Days.
• Stadium Ticket offices are also open one day before Match Days at the same locations as noted above.
• Stadium Ticket Offices are open from 1:00pm local time – 5:00pm local time one day prior to each match.
